Self Love Sunday and Everyday 💗🌸💗

Sundays are great for refocus and preparing for the week ahead. You may also use this day to fill your cup up. Having a dedicated day for self love is a great way to start your self love evolving journey but self love should be incorporated everyday!

Here are some tips for a Self Love Sunday

  • Sleep in a bit longer

  • Meditate

  • Take it slow

  • Listen to high vibrational music

  • Wash/Fold/ and yes Put away Laundry for the week

  • Cook your favorite meal

  • Take a relaxing decked out bath.

  • Catch up on your favorite series

  • Be okay with doing NOTHING

  • Meal prep/plan for the week

  • Catch up on some reading

Self love should also be incorporated during the week. Making yourself a priority is a game changer and just watch how your life begins to flourish 🌸

Here are some self love choices that will change your life ;

  • Creating healthy boundaries

  • Saying No

  • Doing yoga/going to the gym

  • Daily affirmations

  • Having a daily routine

  • Journaling

  • Going out in the sunshine

  • Spending time with someone you love

  • Disconnecting from social media ...etc
